Phil has been part of the OpenAthens team for many years, starting initially on the Service Desk and then moving into sales and account management. Phil now manages the relationships with our largest library and publisher customers, mostly in the UK and US. His depth of experience has helped him develop an excellent understanding of how the services works for our customers.
