Role
Adam has been working with OpenAthens for over 15 years and has a wealth of knowledge across many products and services within the library, federation and general identity & access management communities. His main focus is on providing technical support, advice, and guidance to colleagues and throughout the community. Day to day, Adam consults with OpenAthens product and development teams to provide advice and help refine requirements for product and service improvements. He also provides support to new and existing customers by gathering requirements, designing, and then implementing tailored solutions as well as guidance around configuring third-party products such as Azure/Entra, G-Suite and Okta. Adam represents the OpenAthens team and the wider industry at national and international events and community groups and helps to deliver training to customers and international partners. All with a keen focus on developing and improving standards and user experience.
