Q. What is the process for onboarding a new resource after go-live?

Customers will be advised on how to add new resources to be accessed via OpenAthens. This will mainly be providing these resources with your Entity ID and Scope for federated access, or your OpenAthens hosted IP address.

If a resource can not support either of these methods and you need more information, you will be able to contact our Service Desk team for assistance.
