Percept MRT

A Medication Reconciliation Tool developed for the PERCEPT grant/study. The tool allows collaborators at UCD and UCSF to update medication data for study participants. This is a limited use tool for a handful of study managers. Privacy and informational statements are provided in the study IRB protocol.
